Sandia CrossFit is hosting a GORUCK Workout to help challengers prep for the January 5th Challenge.
When, you ask? Saturday, December 15th at 12:00.
What do you need bring? Ruck, bricks, gloves, water, and whatever other stuff you are going to bring to the GORUCK Challenge. And a donation for the GBF.
What are we going to do? Stuff... It'll be fun. And probably suck.
OMG, how long will the madness last? About 2 hours.
