On July 4th we'll be doing the Hero WOD "The Seven." This is a tough one so get ready! Class times will be different from the normal schedule. We'll be running the WOD at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Stick around after to enjoy some food and beverages, and celebrate the 4th with us!

SNATCH - This seminar will focus on the components of the snatch lift. Zach will go through the snatch progression and will teach the different positions and movements needed to perform this technical olympic lift. Please sign up through our website for the seminar. Space is limited so you MUST sign up to reserve a spot. Seminars are for Sandia CrossFit members only. No Open Gym on this day. Seminar will run from noon to 2 p.m.

In an effort to give our members a well-rounded experience, we're trying our very best to bring yoga back to Sandia CrossFit because it can't be all about killer WODs and heavy lifting!
