Matt is going out of town for 2 weeks (from the 16th-31st) so there will be even less updating here (if that is possible). Also, we’ll have scaled back hours on memorial day. Call for info.

We will all be Warrior Dashing on Saturday and will be CLOSED! Back open Monday!

The GORUCK is this weekend – come get thrashed for 12 hours by former special operators… it’s not too late to sign up! We promise it will be just like Act of Valor, but minus the SEALs flexing at the camera and possibly more vomit.

In other news, we have a new kids schedule and I’ve lost our camera cord (again). More updates on that soon.

Our team has expanded by fifty percent! Check out the bio of Jaret, our new trainer, in the the About Us section! Oh and morning classes are running now – 6:30, 7:30, and 8:30! Contact us the night before if you are comin’ in then! More exclamation marks!!!!!

We’ve had more than a few calls on morning classes and finally have one going. That said, e-mail us the night before (by 8pm) to ensure we show up. We’re not coming in unless we have someone to train. Our 9am should be starting within the next couple of weeks as well so stay posted! Plus our Saturday sock war is back on! Zippity do!

We’ll be closed from the 23rd-26th. We will reopen on the 27th. If you want a Christmas workout we will post some on our facebook page. Spoiler: Christmas tree thrusters and an eggnog chug.

By request we’re doing Angie today. I want to send out a kudos to Neill Goggin who came in and completed it on his first day! Although he became best friends with our pukie bucket a few times, we were all super impressed. Good job Neill! Some new pictures are up in the pictures tab. Also, morning classes should be starting soon. We’re thinking about adding a 630am and 9am so keep an eye out for those!
